3 pieces banana saba, boiled and mashed
3 pieces camote, boiled and mashed
¼ cup chopped langka, optional
½ cup sugar or to taste
¾ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
25 lumpia wrapper, cut in halves
½ cup sesame seeds
cooking oil for frying
Combine banana, camote and langka in a bowl. Add sugar and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream.
Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients. Wrap into a log using lumpia wrappers.
Dip both ends of prepared lumpia in sesame seeds. Fry in heated oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve while still hot and crispy.
