Tofu Sisig

INGREDIENTS

4-6 tokwa
1 tbsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp butter
1 piece onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup MAGGI Savor, Classic
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pieces siling panigang, sliced diagonally

PROCEDURE

  1. Slice tokwa into small cubes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Pan-fry tokwa until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Heat hot plate. Add butter and onion. Put back prepared tokwa and sprinkle with garlic powder and MAGGI Savor.
  4. Add mayonnaise and siling panigang. Serve immediately.
