Tanigue Salpicao

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes plus 15 minutes to marinate

INGREDIENTS

½ kilo tanigue fillet or tuna fillet, cubed
¼ cup MAGGI Savor, Classic
2 tbsp calamasi juice
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
1/4 cup chopped garlic
¼ cup olive oil
2 pcs siling panigang, sliced thinly

PROCEDURE

  1. Marinate fish in MAGGI Savor, calamansi juice, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and ½ of the garlic for 15 minutes. Drain to remove excess marinade.
  2. Heat oil and pan-fry remaining garlic. Add-in fish and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until fish change in color. Remove from heat.
  3. Transfer on a pre-heated hot plate or ordinary plate. Garnish with the siling panigang when serve.
