INGREDIENTS

½ kg pork bones
1 piece chicken breast bone-in
1 piece onion, quartered
3 liters water
2 packs MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
¼ cup chopped kinchay
salt to taste
500g mami noodles. Blanched, washed and drained for 2 times
2 pieces hard boiled eggs, sliced
½ cup minced garlic, toasted
¼ cup chopped spring onion

PROCEDURE

  1. Boil pork bones and chicken breast with onion in water for 45 minutes. Season with MAGGI My Sabaw Chicken Granules, kinchay and salt. Simmer until meats are tender and starting to disintegrate from the bones.
  2. Drain meat from the broth and set aside broth for later use. Remove and shred meats of the chicken and pork to use for topping later.
  3. To assemble the super mami: Arrange mami in a soup bowl. Garnish with egg, shredded meats, toasted garlic and spring onion.
  4. Pour in broth into the prepared mami noodles with toppings. Serve immediately.
