Spicy Sour Squid Salad

Fresh squid tossed in a tangy vinaigrette is the perfect light appetizer that’s bursting with flavor.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes plus 20 minutes to marinate squid

INGREDIENTS

½ kg squid, cleaned and ink sac removed
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped wansuy
½ cup vinegar
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor, Chili
¼ cup chili sauce
1 tbsp patis
1 tbsp honey

PROCEDURE

  1. Marinate squid with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for at least 20 minutes. Grill then slice into 2” inch-rings. Combine with tomatoes, onions and wansuy. Set aside.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and toss with the squid. Chill before serving.
