Milky Pudding with Red Bean

INGREDIENTS

1 25g pack gelatin
½ cup water
2 cups NESTLE Fresh Milk
¼ cup sugar
shaved ice
preserved sweeten red beans

PROCEDURE

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Set aside.
  2. Simmer NESTLE Fresh Milk without boiling. Add sugar and dissolved gelatin and mix until dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture into a mould. Let it set for about 2 hours. When the gulaman is set, cut into cubes.
  4. Transfer into bowls. Put ice and top with sweeten beans.
