INGREDIENTS

2 cups store-bought corned beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP or to taste
cooking oil for frying
chili sauce or catsup

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl, combine corned beef, egg and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Mix to incorporate.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Scoop 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and form into a patty.
  3. Heat cooking oil. Pan-fry prepared patties until golden brown. Transfer on a paper lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve with chili sauce or catsup on the side.
