Chicken Roll

INGREDIENTS

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 8g pack MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
4 slices quick-melting cheese
4 thin slices ham
4 blanched asparagus
¾ cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup butter
½ cup water
1 250ml NESTLE All Purpose Cream
Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. Pound chicken breast to ¼ inch thick. Rub each piece with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and place cheese, ham and asparagus in the middle of each breast.
  2. Roll each breast and secure with toothpick if necessary. Dredge each roll with flour and shake off excess. Dip in beaten eggs and finally in bread crumbs.
  3. Melt butter over low heat and fry each roll over low heat until golden brown. Set aside to rest.
  4. Prepare sauce by combining water and NESTLE All Purpose Cream in a sauce pan. Simmer without boiling and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Slice the prepared chicken rolls and served with sauce.
