Cabbage and Salmon Stir-Fry

Look after your family’s heart health by serving them salmon that’s rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup salmon in can, drained
4 cups sliced cabbage
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup water or as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes until limp.
  2. Stir in salmon and cabbage. Cook for 3 minutes or until cabbage is crisp and tender.
  3. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Pour in water as needed. Cook uncovered for another 3 minutes.
