1 small box of ready-made pancake mix, prepared as instructed in the box
¼ cup butter
¼ cup peanut butter
2 banana lakatan, sliced
¼ cup toasted chopped walnuts
For MILO and NESCAFÉ CLASSIC Reduction:
Cook combined in a pan over low heat. Stir continuously until mixture is slightly thick and reduced into desired consistency.
1 cup NESTLÉ FRESH Milk
½ cup MILO
1 tbsp NESCAFÉ CLASSIC
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Prepare pancakes according to the instruction in the box. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry medium size pancakes. Set aside.
Rub peanut butter on 1 pancake then top with banana lakatan slices and walnut.
Drizzle with MILO and NESCAFÉ CLASSIC sauce on top before service.
