1 small box of ready-made pancake mix, prepared as instructed in the box.
¼ cup butter
¼ cup peanut butter
2 banana lakatan, sliced
¼ cup toasted chopped walnuts
For MILO and NESCAFE CLASSIC Sauces:
Combined in a pan over low heat
1 cup NESTLE FRESH Milk
½ cup MILO
1 tbsp NESCAFE CLASSIC
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Stir continuously until mixture is slightly thick and reduce into desired consistency.
Prepare pancakes according to the instruction in the box.
Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry medium size pancakes. Set aside.
Rub peanut butter on 1 pancake then top with banana lakatan slices and walnuts.
Drizzle with MILO and NESCAFE CLASSIC on sauce before serving
