Banana, Peanut Butter and Walnut Pancake

INGREDIENTS

1 small box of ready-made pancake mix, prepared as instructed in the box.
¼ cup butter
¼ cup peanut butter
2 banana lakatan, sliced
¼ cup toasted chopped walnuts

For MILO and NESCAFE CLASSIC Sauces:
Combined in a pan over low heat
1 cup NESTLE FRESH Milk
½ cup MILO
1 tbsp NESCAFE CLASSIC
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Stir continuously until mixture is slightly thick and reduce into desired consistency.

PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare pancakes according to the instruction in the box.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry medium size pancakes. Set aside.
  3. Rub peanut butter on 1 pancake then top with banana lakatan slices and walnuts.
  4. Drizzle with MILO and NESCAFE CLASSIC on sauce before serving
