Baked Beans on Toasts

This Wellnessized dish will make you fall in love with beans – a nutritious source of protein without the meat!

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
2 chorizo de bilbao, chopped
2 cups canned baked beans in tomato sauce
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp chili sauce
Ciabatta bread, toasted

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and cook until translucent. Add chorizo de bilbao. Cook for another 5 minutes or until flavors of the chorizo are extracted.
  2. Add canned baked beans. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, black pepper, paprika, and chili sauce.
  3. Top each ciabatta bread with prepared beans. Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
