Apple & Pineapple Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
1 Green apple, sliced
½ cup pineapple relish
½ cabbage, shredded
1 small carrot, grated
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml
1 tbsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
Grilled or left-over roast chicken, cubed

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine apples, pineapple, cabbage, carrots and bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and cream in a separate bowl. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Mix well to fully incorporate.
  3. Toss salad with dressing and top with chicken. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
