Fish Nuggets

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup MAGGI Savor, Calamansi
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 kg. fish fillet, cubed
3 egg whites, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
Cooking oil for deep-frying

BBQ Sauce: Combine all ingredients.
2 tbsp tomato catsup
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsps MAGGI Savor, Calamansi
2 tbsps water

PROCEDURE

  1. In a medium bowl combine the first four ingredients.
  2. Marinate fish cubes for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Dip fish into egg white.
  5. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry. Then drain well in paper towels.
