5 Wellnessized summer activities you can add to your couple bucket list

Every summer has a story. What stories will you be making this season?

There’s no better time to tick off those things in your bucket list! Summer provides clear skies all season long, so there’s nothing stopping you from doing what you want with your partner! Here are five different activities you can do with your partner this season of sun.

Visit the countryside.

With no need to worry about the rain ruining your plans, a quick weekend escape to a nearby province would be a perfect way to de-stress with your partner. Go for long walks or easy bike rides to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the view.

See underwater life.

From the top of the mountains to the bottom of the sea, summer is a great time to experience nature firsthand! Clear skies mean clear waters, and summer provides the ideal conditions for high visibility underwater. You don’t need a diving license to be able to see fish and other creatures, just grab snorkeling gear for you and your partner, and swim off!

Set up a picnic.

Do-it-yourself dates can be the best dates. From the prep and planning stages, to enjoying the actual meal, having a picnic is a great bonding experience with your partner. This could come out cheaper than the typical night out, and you’ll be creating unique memories that will last forever!

Get into gardening.

Time to start tilling your backyard and turn it into your own herbal garden. You can start with easy-growing plants such as tomatoes, celery, parsley, and rosemary. Don’t forget to water them daily to keep the soil healthy in this warm weather.

Catch some waves.

If in doubt, paddle out. Surfing is a challenging but fun way to get fit with your partner! It’s surprisingly a great full-body workout and an effective way to improve your balance. End your surf session with yoga on the beach and watch those muscles form!
